Hello Beautiful Hearts! My name is Mindy and my hope is that by sharing my knowledge and wisdom obtained during my healing journey, it will help others to see that they can heal themselves. When you finally reach that space, and feel that much joy, that pure bliss, and realize that you are boundless, you are infinite, it ignites a fire in you to live your best life.

Healing journeys are individual, people may walk it with us but they cannot walk it for us. I have learned, and more importantly unlearned, so much, especially in the last 7 years. I know the journey never ends and I look forward to where we all will be in the next 7 years.
