Full of Potatoes, I am only eating potatoes for 30 days.

You may have heard of the potato diet before. I learned about it on YouTube watching Andrew Taylor's Spud Fit channel, he lost over 100 pounds in a year by only eating potatoes!

For the next 30 days I am only eating potatoes. The biggest rule I have is NO OIL, no cooking with oil or using any condiment with oil. The only items I am eating with potatoes are onions, garlic, herbs, spices, fat free condiments, soy milk and veggie stock. That's it. After 30 days I am going to add other non starchy veggies but still keep potatoes as my main food source. I would like to do this for 6 months to a year.

My reasons for doing this diet is to lose weight, have a better relationship with food, reset my hormones and cure any autoimmune or diseases I may have.

I do Yoga for 20-30 minutes every day and I get 5-8,000 steps a day.

My diet before this consisted of a plant based diet. No animals products. I ate fairly well, or what I thought was healthy.

I will post every week or so about my progress.
