67lb weight loss in a year

It's been a year since I started my weight loss journey by eating potatoes. After the first 30 days I added rice and veggies but I still keep oil and fat to a minimum. I still do yoga and I walk between 8,000 and 14,000 steps a day. I continue to lose about 2-3lbs every 7-10 days. Some weeks are more than others.
