Potato Reset! Let's Do This!!

Starting tomorrow I am eating mostly potatoes for 3 weeks! I'm still going to drink my coffee and eat my oatmeal for breakfast but for lunch and dinner I am eating potatoes. Join me and lets shed some fat together! For exercise I walk, do whole body exercises like squats, leg lifts and crunches, and yoga, I also lift weights for my arms. Right now I am at 90lb weight loss. My goal is to hit the 100lbs shed for the 2 year anniversary of embarking on a healthier lifestyle. If you want to join me the FB group is Spudtacular!
